Our Services

Practical experience. Personal service.

I’m Albert McGuinness, an independent drone operator based near Crediton and Exeter.

My background in facilities management, building and maintenance services and multi-site operations gives me a practical understanding of property maintenance, contractor requirements and project reporting.

You deal directly with me from your initial enquiry through to delivery, with clear communication about coverage, deliverables and timescales.

Commercial drone imagery, mapping and 3D services across Devon and the South West.

SkyGrid Drone Services supplies aerial photographs, video and project data for facilities managers, contractors, property professionals, construction teams and surveyors.

Whether you need detailed roof imagery, regular construction updates or image capture for mapping and 3D modelling, I agree on the scope with you and deliver the files your project needs. Choose original capture files, processed outputs using DJI Terra or WebODM, or both.

Detailed photographs of hard-to-reach building features and external assets to support maintenance planning and specialist assessment.

Original files or processed outputs
